Seeding of Yard and Shrubs. If included in the Plans and Specifications, the Seller will apply top soil if needed and will seed and straw the landscaped areas one time only and will not be responsible for reseeding, re-mulching, or reshaping thereafter. At the Seller's option the seeding and setting of shrubs may be delayed until proper weather condition are expected to optimize the likelihood of plant survival. Payment of the Purchase Price shall not be delayed solely as a result of the lack of completion of landscaping work. The Seller will not be responsible for grass and shrubs which die after the Purchaser accepts occupancy of the Lot and Improvements.

  • Processing of Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the County that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities.
