SEIS. Nulidad. La declaración de nulidad o ineficacia de cualquier estipulación contenida en este Contrato hará que dicha estipulación se tenga por no escrita o sea ineficaz, pero la nulidad o ineficacia de dicha estipulación, no afectará la validez y eficacia de las restantes estipulaciones del presente Contrato en la medida que dicha estipulación nula o ineficaz sea reemplazada por otra válida con efectos similares.
