Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.

Any and all visitors to our site and users of the website applications and/or companion mobile application(s) shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Genius Programs. At its discretion, Genius Programs may offer additional website Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services and/or products and any and all updated, modified or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. Termination of Development Grant Agreement The obligations of the Recipient under the Development Grant Agreement shall terminate on the date 20 years after the date of the Development Grant Agreement.”
