The Employer reserves the right to select or change any or all of the insurance carriers providing the benefits stated in Section 15.0 through Section 15.5 or to be a self-insurer with respect to any and all such benefits and to choose or change any administrator of such plans, provided the level of such benefits remains substantially the same and equivalent. The Employer agrees, whenever possible, to give the Union 30 days’ advance notification of a change in the insurance carriers providing the benefits set forth in this Agreement.
