Selection of projects. 1. The Nauonal Focal Point shall ensure that the Programme Operator selects projects in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Regulation and the operational rules. 2. Eligibility of applicants is supulated in Arucle 6. 2 of the Regulauon and, in accordance with paragraph 3 thereof, subject only to the limitauons supulated in the operauonal rules. 3. Pre-defined projects shall be outlined in the operauonal rules. 4. The Nauonal Focal Point shall take proacuve steps to ensure that the Programme Operator complies fully with Article 6.6 of the Regulation.
