Each party shall have the unqualified right to select its own representatives for purposes of negotiating or administering this Agreement, free from any attempt at control or interference by the other party with respect to such selection. Each party shall also ensure that at any and all times, a properly selected team or individual has been authorized to represent its interests. Each party shall notify the other immediately of those who are authorized to represent them to permit appropriate and necessary meetings and discussions.
