If the parties are unable to agree on a selection within the seven (7) working days, either party may request a list of sevenseven (7) appropriately experienced arbitrators from the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). As a condition of appointment to the AAA’s panel, each of the panelists must certify that (s)he will be available to hear the Expedited Arbitration in not greater than thirty (30) working days from her/his selection.
