Selection of Venue. Any action to enforce the terms of this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee and both parties agree to submit to and not contest such jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Selection of Venue. Either we or a third party we use will include the following tools/analysis in making selections: indications of interest – sell side broadcasts on price/size; broker rankings, using best brokers by volume per security/sector; bid & offer lists received from approved brokers; and research/recommendations – analyst research from brokers.
Selection of Venue. An Appellant who has complied with the notice provisions set forth in Section 12.9(a) may appeal the award by filing an action for affirmative or declaratory relief concerning the subject matter of the arbitration, but for no other relief, in a court having general trial jurisdiction that includes the matter in controversy. If such a court exists within a venue specified by the Respondent pursuant to Section 12.9(a), the action shall be filed in that venue.
Selection of Venue. In the event of a dispute between Client and the Firm regarding a matter other than fees and/or costs (including any dispute arising from or relating to the Firm's services) and/or involving a fee dispute over which the District Fee Arbitration Committee declined jurisdiction, Client and the Firm agree that all matters shall be brought in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County or, as appropriate, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Newark Vicinage.
