Sellback Payments. A. An employee who does not use all of the personal leave accrued in a fiscal year may be paid the difference between the amount used and the amount accrued for that fiscal year on an hour-for-hour basis. Leave hours transferred to deferred comp will count as leave time used during the fiscal year.
