SEMESTER HOURS BEYOND MASTER’S DEGREE. Graduate semester hours earned from a fully accredited college or university (approved or on the membership list of one of the six (6) regional Associations of Colleges and Secondary Schools —New England, Middle States, Southern, North Central, Northwestern or Western — or by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education) beyond the Master’s Degree will be credited toward placement on the MA + 15 semester hour column or MA + 30 semester hour column if any one of the following applies:

  • Shift and Weekend Premium (a) Effective July 1, 2019, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety cents (90¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 hours and 0700 hours. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of hours of 1500 hours and 0700 hours.

  • PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully. An explanation of the TIPS scoring of pricing titled "Pricing Coefficient Instruction" is included in the attachments for your information.   • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Events Beyond Our Control If an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and prevents Us from performing any of Our obligations under this Contract to any extent, then We are not required to perform that obligation to the extent and for as long as We are prevented by that Event Beyond Our Control. If such an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and We consider it appropriate to do so, We may notify You of the Event Beyond Our Control by any reasonable means, including by a public announcement.

  • Completion of Concrete Pours and Emergency Work 24.14.1 Except as provided in this sub-clause an employee shall not work or be required to work in the rain.

  • Final Completion Date Final Completion for the Work as defined in Article 6.1.3 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by September 30, 2022.

  • Daily and Weekly Hours of Work (a) The following paragraphs and sections are intended to define the normal hours of work and shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week or of days of work per week.

  • Completion Dates The Recipient agrees to complete each Project within the time periods specified in the Underlying Agreement and all activities must be completed by the Award’s end date, unless FTA agrees in writing to extend the end date. Unless FTA determines otherwise in writing, interim milestone dates and other completion dates applicable to the Award are good faith estimates and are not intended to be firm contractual requirements. However, FTA and the Recipient agree that milestone dates and other completion dates for Full Funding Grant Agreements, Small Starts Grant Agreements or other specific agreements in which FTA expressly states that the milestone dates or other completion dates for the Underlying Agreement are firm dates that may be enforced.
