Common use of Semi-Annual Reviews Clause in Contracts

Semi-Annual Reviews. The Recipient shall review with the Association, no later than one (1) month after the transmittal to the Association of every second Project Report referred to in Section II.A.1 (a) of this Schedule, or such later date as the Association shall request, said Project Report and the preceding one, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of the Project and the achievement of the objective thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of said Reports and the Association’s views on the matter.

Semi-Annual Reviews. The Recipient shall review with the Association, no later than one (1) month after the transmittal submission of every alternate Project Report to the Association of every second Project Report referred to in Section II.A.1 (a) of this ScheduleAssociation, or such later date as the Association shall may request, said the two (2) most recent Project Report Reports furnished to the Association, and the preceding one, and, thereafter, thereafter take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of the Project and the achievement of the objective thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of said Reports such reports and the Association’s views on the matter.

Semi-Annual Reviews. The Recipient shall review jointly with the Association, no later than one every six (16) month after months throughout Project implementation, the transmittal two (2) most recent Project Reports furnished to the Association of every second Project Report referred to in Section II.A.1 (a) of this Schedule, or such later date as the Association shall request, said Project Report and the preceding oneAssociation, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of the Project and the achievement of the objective thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of said such Reports and the Association’s views on the matter.

The Recipient shall cause the Project Implementing Entity to review with the Recipient and the Association, no later than one (1) month after the its transmittal to the Association, or such later date as the Association of every second Project Report shall request, the report referred to in Section II.A.1 (a) of this Schedule, or such later date as the Association shall request, said Project Report and the preceding one, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of the Project and the achievement of the objective objectives thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of the said Reports report and the Recipient’s and the Association’s views on the matter.
