Seniority for part. time employees shall be determined as follows: (a) Hours worked as a part-time employee divided by 7 = seniority in days rounded upwards. (b) When a part-time employee’s status is changed to that of a full-time employee, her/his seniority shall commence as of the date he/she attained such status. In addition, he/she shall be credited with seniority accumulated as a part-time employee.
