External Redress Clause Samples

The External Redress clause establishes a process for resolving disputes or complaints by involving an independent third party or external body. Typically, this clause outlines the steps parties must take to seek resolution outside the immediate contractual relationship, such as referring matters to an ombudsman, regulator, or arbitration panel. Its core function is to provide an impartial avenue for addressing grievances, ensuring fairness and transparency when internal mechanisms are insufficient or have been exhausted.
