SENIORITY INCREMENTS. 200. 1. An employee shall be compensated at the beginning step of the compensation schedule plan, unless otherwise specifically provided for in this agreement. Employees may receive salary adjustments through the steps of the compensation schedule plan by completion of actual paid service in total scheduled hours equivalent to one year or six months, whichever is applicable.
