Seniority Status. 13.6.2.1 When an appointment to teach a course is made available under 13.2.6 and in accordance with 13.6.

Seniority Status. Upon an employee's completion of a probationary period referenced in Article 10.2 he/she shall acquire classification seniority with a date to coincide with the date of last hire or reclassification to this unit. As between any two (2) or more employees who have the same seniority date, seniority shall be determined by the drawing of lots.
