Common use of Seniority Status Clause in Contracts

Seniority Status. 13.6.2.1 When an appointment to teach a course is made available under 13.2.6 and in accordance with 13.6.3.1, a Member who has seniority status in the course or substantially similar course, and who has maintained a satisfactory teaching performance, shall be offered the appointment.
