Common use of Seniority Status Clause in Contracts

Seniority Status. If the employee is continued in employment beyond the one hundred eighty (180) working day probationary period, the employee shall acquire the status of regular staff and seniority shall be established from the first probationary day worked. The employee shall be credited with earned leave days from the first probationary day worked.
