Seniority Status during Maternity. Adoption/Parental Leave While on maternity, adoption/parental leave, an employee shall accumulate seniority and shall be entitled to full benefits, rights and privileges under this Collective Agreement. The Employer will continue payment of welfare premiums, provided the employee provides the cost of such premiums to the Employer at the commencement of such leave or makes other acceptable arrangements.
