Common use of SEPARABILITY AND SAVINGS Clause in Contracts

SEPARABILITY AND SAVINGS. Should any Article or Section of this Agreement be found invalid, unlawful, or not enforceable by reason of any existing or subsequently enacted legislation or by final judicial decision, the remaining Articles and Sections shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of the Agreement. The parties will promptly meet for the purpose of negotiating an appropriate replacement for the offending Article or Section.
