SEPARABILITY AND SAVINGS. 17.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be contrary to laws by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provisions shall not be deemed valid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
