If any provision provisions of this Agreement or any application of this Agreement to any employee or group of employees is held to be invalid by operation of law or by a court Court or other tribunal of or competent jurisdiction, such provision provisions shall be inoperative but all other provisions shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and effectaffect.
