Common use of Separability of Provisions Clause in Contracts

If any provision of this Agreement shall be found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction in respect, thereof, such findings as to such provision shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement, and all other terms and provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as set forth herein.
