Separation Committee Reports. The Company and Prudential shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Investor (i) written reports summarizing any activities, meetings or actions taken by the Separation Committee as soon as reasonably practicable following the occurrence thereof and (ii) such other information and data with respect to the implementation of the Demerger and the Demerger Agreement as the Investor reasonably requests.
