Common use of Separation of Job Duties Clause in Contracts

Separation of Job Duties. Vendor shall diligently monitor and enforce separation of job duties, require all Vendor Contractors and Vendor Personnel to execute non-disclosure agreements, and limit access to and knowledge of Customer Property to those Vendor Personnel to which such access and knowledge is absolutely necessary to provide Deliverables hereunder.
