September 1, 2016. 2.1.3.1 The parties agree that a 1% increase shall be applied to salary grids, wage schedules and to position of responsibility allowances.
September 1, 2016. Effective September 1, 2016 all employees covered under the agreement shall have their wage increased forty cents ($0.40) per hour. No employee shall suffer any loss of pay as a result of this implementation.
