Sequencing of elections Article. 4 There shall be a single process for the presidential, legislative and provincial elections. Technical and financial resources permitting, local, municipal and urban elections shall be held simultaneously with the presidential, legislative and provincial elections. The stakeholders recommend that the Government should provide the Electoral Commission with adequate financial and logistical resources required for the holding of the above-mentioned elections in accordance with the calendar. Chapter III: Electoral calendar Article 5 Bearing in mind the mandatory deadlines for establishing the new electoral roll, preparing the various combined elections and the holding of such elections, the Parties have agreed on the following components of the comprehensive calendar:

If you are required to take a required minimum distribution for the year, you must remove your required minimum distribution before converting your Traditional IRA.
