Sequencing of Work for Environmental Review. 3.2.1. If any Constructing Party(ies) or Paying Party(ies) has determined that it is obligated to conduct an environmental review before deciding to construct or pay for any portion of [insert name of EOP] EOP, such Constructing Party or Paying Party, as applicable, may provide to ColumbiaGrid a Cost estimate under section 1.10, Milestones under section 1.16, and a Payment Schedule under section 1.23, that describes Work, schedules for performance of, and payments for Work only through such environmental review. In such case, ColumbiaGrid shall include a Cost estimate, Milestones, and Payment Schedule in initial Exhibits B, C, and E to this Agreement that cover only environmental review Work. The Paying Party(ies) or Constructing Party(ies ) that are not doing such environmental review phase of the Work shall not be obligated to (i) perform any Work, or (ii) pay any Cost for procurement of equipment or any Work other than environmental review phase of the Work, unless and until the environmental review Work has been successfully completed by all Constructing or Paying Parties performing such environmental review phase of the Work, and this Agreement has been amended pursuant to section 3.2.2.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WORK 4.14.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting or patching that may be required to complete the Work or to make its several parts fit together properly.

  • Scheduling of Work Subcontractor shall provide Contractor with scheduling information and a proposed schedule for performance of the Subcontract Work consistent with the Progress Schedule and in a form acceptable to Contractor. Subcontractor shall comply with the Progress Schedule including, but not specifically limited to, commencement, duration, and sequencing of activities. Contractor shall reasonably cooperate with the Subcontractor in scheduling the Subcontract Work and shall attempt, as reasonably possible, to avoid conflicts or interference with the Subcontract Work.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid. Additionally, the minimum time, excluding the date of release, between issuance of the Mini-Bid by the Authorized User to the Mini-Bid Opening is as follows:  Xxx 0 Xxxx-Xxxx: Xxxx (0) Xxxxxxxx Xxxx  Xxx 0 Mini-Bids: Ten (10) Business Days

  • CONTRACTING OF WORK (i) Grievances charging a violation of the Company's express commitments set forth in Paragraphs (168)(a), (b) and
