Common use of SERVER TRAY SIZE AND GLASS LIMIT Clause in Contracts

SERVER TRAY SIZE AND GLASS LIMIT. (a) It is mutually agreed that no server shall be required to carry a load exceeding twelve (12) glasses or equivalent. (b) A standard size tray for the transport of liquor shall be supplied by the Employer and shall be used in licensed premises and will not exceed thirteen (13) inches in base diameter. No employee shall be permitted to supply or carry their own tray.
