In doing so, Bynder may collect metrics and information regarding Customer’s use of the Product, including evaluating how Users use the Product (“Usage Data”). Usage Data is used to develop new features or improve existing features. The processing of Usage Data is based on Bynder’s legitimate interest to analyse trends in order to assess and improve the overall user experience in the Product(s) to the extent it is necessary for Bynder’s legitimate interest under, and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
