Common use of SERVICE ANALYSES Clause in Contracts

SERVICE ANALYSES. HTM may (i) compile statistical and other information related to the performance, operation, and use of the Services, and (ii) use data from the Services environment in aggregated form for security and operations management, to create statistical analyses, and for research and development purposes (collectively “Service Analyses”). HTM may make Service Analyses publicly available. However, Service Analyses will not incorporate Customer Personal Data in a form that could identify or serve to identify Customer or any Data Subject. HTM retains all intellectual property rights in and to such Service Analyses.
