Service Completion. 1. At the completion of the Service, the CONTRACTOR shall, within three (3) business days, arrange to meet with the Facilities Maintenance Division Manager to return all identification badges, proximity cards, and keys. 2. The CONTRACTOR will be assessed a $25.00 fee for each missing identification badge, proximity card, and key in order to reimburse costs incurred by the COUNTY. All fees due will be deducted from the CONTRACTOR’s final invoice.
