Service Liaison. Company shall designate in writing a field supervisor (i.e., route manager) as the “Service Liaison” who shall be responsible for working with City and/or City’s designated representative(s) to resolve Customer service related Complaints, and strategize with City on an on-going basis regarding more efficient Collection practices. The Service Liaison will have daily presence in City and daily contact with City staff, and will coordinate with City’s Engineering Department to coordinate Collection practices to accommodate City Road projects. City shall have the right to approve Company’s choice for a liaison.

Service Liaison. Hauler shall designate in writing a field supervisor as “Service Liaison” who shall be responsible for working with City and/or City’s designated representative(s) to resolve Customer service related complaints. City shall have the right to approve the Hauler’s choice for a liaison. City shall be notified in writing in advance of any change in Service Liaison.
Service Liaison. UCSF SHC shall designate an individual to be responsible for conveying any Gamma Knife service/maintenance issues to Elekta. The designated individual, however, must obtain prior written approval from GKF for any service and/or maintenance that is not covered by warranty or under GKF's service agreement with Elekta. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood that upon transfer of title to the New Unit to UCSF SHC pursuant to Section 8 above, the Service Agreement between GKF and Elekta referenced in Section 16 of the Agreement shall terminate and GKF shall have no further obligation to service or repair the New Unit pursuant to this Section 12 or under the Agreement.

  • Transitional Services Upon cancellation, termination, or expiration of the Contract for any reason, the Contractor shall provide reasonable cooperation, assistance and Services, and shall assist the Department to facilitate the orderly transition of the work under the Contract to the Department and/or to an alternative contractor selected for the transition upon written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) business days prior to termination or cancellation, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.
