Maintenance Issues Clause Samples

The Maintenance Issues clause outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding the upkeep and repair of property or equipment covered by the agreement. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and addressing any damages that may occur during the term of the contract. For example, in a lease, the tenant may be required to handle minor repairs while the landlord manages structural issues. This clause ensures that maintenance obligations are clearly allocated, preventing disputes and ensuring the property remains in good condition throughout the agreement.
