Common use of Service or Work Clause in Contracts

Service or Work. Contractor agrees to procure the materials, equipment and/or products necessary for the Work and agrees to diligently provide all services, labor, personnel and materials necessary to perform and complete the Work described in the attached Exhibits. Contractor shall further be responsible for the timely completion, and acknowledges that a failure to comply with the standards and requirements of Work within the time limits prescribed by County may result in County’s decision to withhold payment or to terminate this Agreement.

Service or Work.
