Service Paying Freight Rates. In preparing trip tickets covering service paying freight rates, conductors will show time required to report for duty, time engine passes designated outer switch, time engine reaches designated outer switch and time off duty. When there is a question regarding the time or mileage to be paid for, any portion not in dispute will allowed, and the employee advised within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of ticket regarding the portion which is not allowed together with the reason why not allowed, otherwise such claim will be paid. In cases where all time or mileage claimed on any return is disallowed such time return will be returned to the employee within thirty calendar days by the proper officer of the railway, otherwise such claim will be paid. When a time return is returned each employee whose name appears xxxxxxx will also be advised.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H.   • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Night Differential An employee shall be paid a night differential, bi-weekly for hours worked between midnight and 7:00 a.m. at a rate of $3.00 per hour. Night differential worked during overtime will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times $3.00 and on statutory holidays at two (2) times $3.00.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.
