Service Performance Reports will be prepared by the Exult Country Representative and shall include information, as applicable, on the RSLs, KPIs, KPI Failures, Key Incidents and the procedures followed in relation to them and shall set out the measures required to reduce the likelihood of a recurrence of the relevant KPI Failure and/or Key Incidents.
