Service Planning and Delivery. For all youth assigned to the Contractor for residential services on or after April 1, 2021, acceptance must be based on a recommendation from an independent assessor that a residential intervention program intervention is the least restrictive setting in which they can be served. A youth may be assigned when ordered specifically to a secure residential facility without an independent assessment. In emergency situations, in accordance with a specific court order, or if an assessment has not been conducted prior to placement, the Contractor must cooperate with the independent assessor and the primary caseworker/agency responsible for placement to ensure the youth receives the required independent placement assessment within 20 days of placement.
Service Planning and Delivery. The Recipient will need to demonstrate that they successfully deliver the required services/activities and resulting outcomes. This will include: • Evidence or measures to show successful delivery of outputs and achievement of outcomes, with explanation of any shortfalls. • A recipient has in place systems to seek feedback from users on the quality of service and actively promotes user involvement in the review of its services/Co-produced Service Delivery Plan(s). • Delivery against equality and diversity • The staff employed in delivering the funded service/activities are suitably skilled and trained • Provision for users to feedback on services – positive/negative are in place, e.g., a complaints/user feedback procedure.
Service Planning and Delivery. All children entering a residential intervention program must be assessed by a contracted qualified independent assessor selected and contracted by MDHHS. Whenever possible this will occur prior to referral to any residential intervention program. In some emergency situations a child may be referred to a residential intervention program prior to the completion of the assessment. The Contractor is not responsible for conducting or securing these assessments; the referral will be made by the RPU and the assessment will be conducted by a qualified independent assessor.

Service Planning and Delivery. 3.1 New policies and initiatives The aim of WJEC's bilingual policy, first adopted in 1992, is "to implement a comprehensive bilingual policy that would include allowing people who came into contact with WJEC to do so in their preferred language". As new policies and initiatives are considered, WJEC will ensure that they are consistent with the principles adopted by WJEC, and follow the requirements of the 1993 Welsh Language Act. WJEC commits itself not to amend the Welsh Language revised Scheme without prior consultation with the Welsh Language Board.
