Service Proprietary Rights. Except as expressly permitted by Allegiant or to the extent expressly authorized by the Service, you will not (and will not allow any Third-Party to): translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, unlock or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of the Service; modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service; rent, lease, distribute, sublicense, resell, pledge, assign, or otherwise transfer or encumber rights to the Service; use the Service for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a Third-Party; or remove or otherwise alter any proprietary notices or labels from the Service or any portion thereof.
