Customer Success and Joint Marketing. User agrees to participate in periodic executive business reviews with a WorkSpan senior executive to review the User’s success criteria and corresponding results. User further agrees that WorkSpan may announce User as a new WorkSpan customer on its website or in a press release, and that User will cooperate with WorkSpan in the following joint marketing activities: (a) taking periodic calls from members of the press or industry analysts, (b) taking periodic reference calls from other WorkSpan sales prospects, and (c) creating a brief video testimonial stating why User chose WorkSpan. Any external communication regarding User’s relationship with WorkSpan will not be released without User’s prior written permission, and any use of User’s name or logo will be in accordance with User’s branding rules and guidelines.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • Lead Customer Service Agent Baggage Addressed to Customer Service Agents, Central Baggage Performance Agents and Central Baggage Tracing Agents. Selection will be on the basis of basic classification seniority. NOTE: Secondary consideration to be given to Lead Station Attendants, Station Attendants, Cargo Communications Operators, Station Attendants – Part-Time, all Cabin Servicing & Cleaning Attendants (full time and part-time) at the point only.. Selection will be on the basis of the applicant’s seniority in basic classification.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • DIRECT MARKETING Prior to the introduction of any new product or service which Competitive Supplier may wish to make available to Participating Consumers or other Eligible Consumers located within the Town, Competitive Supplier agrees to (i) give the Town written notice of such new product or service and (ii) subject to the entry into reasonable confidentiality terms to the extent permitted by law and mutually acceptable to the Parties, discuss with the Town the possible inclusion of such new product or service in this aggregation program. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the terms, conditions, and prices for such products and services which the Parties agree should be included in a Town aggregation program. Competitive Supplier also agrees not to engage in any direct marketing to any Participating Consumer that relies upon Competitive Supplier’s unique knowledge of, or access to, Participating Consumers gained as a result of this ESA. For the purposes of this provision, “direct marketing” shall include any telephone call, mailing, electronic mail, or other contact between the Competitive Supplier and the Consumer. Broad-based programs of the Competitive Supplier that do not rely on unique knowledge or access gained through this ESA will not constitute such “direct marketing.”

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Mobile Services Your use of the Send Money Service may include access to some products and services through a mobile device ("Mobile Services"). By using the Mobile Services, you agree to the following terms. You agree that we may send you information relative to Mobile Services through your communication service provider and that your communication service provider is acting as your agent in this capacity. You agree to provide a valid phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location so that we may send you information related to the Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your provision of a phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance. Your obligation under this paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement. The Mobile Services are provided for your convenience and do not replace your account statement(s), which are the official record of your accounts. You understand and agree that these Mobile Services may not be encrypted and may include personal or confidential information about you such as your account activity or status. Delivery and receipt of information, including instructions for payment, transfer, and other money movement transactions through the Mobile Services may be delayed or impacted by factor(s) pertaining to your Internet service provider(s), phone carriers, other parties, or because of other reasons outside of our control. We will not be liable for losses or damages arising from any disclosure of account information to third parties, non-delivery, delayed delivery, misdirected delivery or mishandling of, or inaccurate content in, information and instructions sent through the Mobile Services. Additionally, not all of the products, services, or functionality described on the Site(s) and the Agreement are available when you use a mobile device. Therefore, you may not be eligible to use all the products, services or functionality described when you access or try to access them using a mobile device. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for any product, service, or functionality. Information available via the Mobile Services, including balance, transfer, and payment information, may differ from the information that is available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device. Information available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device may not be available via the Mobile Services, may be described using different terminology (including capitalized terms used in the Agreement or on our Site(s), or may be more current than the information available via the Mobile Services, including but not limited to account balance information. The method of entering instructions via the Mobile Services may also differ from the method of entering instructions directly through the Service without the use of a mobile device. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longer through the Mobile Services. We are not responsible for such differences, whether or not attributable to your use of the Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree that neither our service providers nor we will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. You are responsible for any and all charges, including, but not limited to, fees associated with text messaging imposed by your communications service provider.

  • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.   • Marketing and Outreach CONTRACTOR shall identify culturally and linguistically appropriate measures for reaching older adults in need of transportation and determine procedures for implementation of outreach, which may include, but is not limited to, brochures, flyers, and public presentations. In order to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services, a CONTRACTOR shall be required to submit drafts of all printed materials related to outreach and marketing of OoA Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Fixed-Price Per Mile Program services to OoA for approval before publication and dissemination.
