Aggregated Anonymous Data. Expel and its subsidiaries may aggregate the metadata and usage data of Customer collected or otherwise made available through the Services so that the results are non-personally identifiable with respect to Customer (“Aggregated Anonymous Data”). The Aggregated Anonymous Data will be deemed Expel property, and Customer acknowledges that Expel and its subsidiaries may use the Aggregated Anonymous Data, both during and after the Term, (i) for its own internal, statistical analysis, (ii) to develop and improve the Services, and (iii) to create and distribute reports and other materials regarding use of the Services. For purposes of clarity, nothing in this section gives Expel or its subsidiaries the right (or ability) to publicly identify Customer as the source of any Aggregated Anonymous Data.
Aggregated Anonymous Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Customer agrees that Trimble and its affiliates may use, process, manipulate, modify, copy, publicly perform and display, compile, and create derivative works from Customer Data and any other data related to the Service, including, but not limited to, using such data for any internal business purpose, and for the improvement, support, and operation of the Service, and/or the development of other products or service capabilities. Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Trimble and its affiliates may disclose to third parties aggregate data derived from Customer Data or from any other data related to the Service, so long as such aggregate data is not personally identifiable with respect to Customer. Further, all service data, usage data, and other data that does not identify Customer and any data that is derived from the Customer Data and all data, reports, derivative works, compilations, modifications and other materials created by Trimble from or with use of such data will be, in each case, the sole and exclusive property of Trimble; and Customer, on Customer’s behalf and on behalf of Customer, hereby assigns all of Customer’s, title and interest, if any, in and to such items to Trimble without any fees and without rights to future royalties.
Aggregated Anonymous Data. Customer agrees that Xxxxxx will have the right to generate aggregated and anonymized data and that such aggregated and anonymized data will be considered the property of Baleen. Baleen may use such aggregated and anonymized data for any business purpose during or after the term of this Agreement, including, but without limitation, to develop and improve Baleen’s products and services and to create and distribute reports and other material. For clarity, Baleen will only disclose aggregated and anonymized data externally in a de- identified form that does not identify Customer or Authorized Users and is stripped of all personally identifiable information as that term is used in the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (GLBA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6801 et seq.
Aggregated Anonymous Data. You acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding anything else, WorkSpan may generate and maintain Aggregated Anonymous Data (as defined below), and, during and after the term of this Agreement, freely use and make available Aggregated Anonymous Data for WorkSpan’s business purposes (including without limitation, for purposes of improving, testing, operating, promoting and marketing WorkSpan’s products and services). “Aggregated Anonymous Data” means data submitted to, collected by, or generated by WorkSpan in connection with your use of the Service, but only in aggregate, anonymized form which cannot be linked specifically to you, your users or any individual. Customer Success User agrees to participate in periodic business reviews with WorkSpan to review the User’s success criteria and corresponding results.

Aggregated Anonymous Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein and without limiting Cantaloupe other rights herein, Operator agrees that Cantaloupe may obtain and aggregate technical and other data about Operator’s use of the Services that is non-personally identifiable with respect to Operator (“Aggregated Anonymous Data”), and Cantaloupe may use the Aggregated Anonymous Data to improve, support and operate the Services and for any other lawful purpose during and after the term of this Agreement.

Aggregated Anonymous Data. Moovweb may collect and use third party analytics data from the Project to provide the services described above to Customer and may aggregate such data in an anonymous fashion with other data (which collectively shall constitute Aggregated Anonymous Data).
Aggregated Anonymous Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Customer agrees that Paxata may obtain and aggregate technical and other data about Customer’s use of the Paxata Product that is non-personally identifiable with respect to Customer (“Aggregated Anonymous Data”), and Paxata may use the Aggregated Anonymous Data to improve, support and operate the Paxata Product and otherwise for any business purpose during and after the term of this Agreement. For clarity, this Section 4.3 does not give Paxata the right to identify Customer as the source of any Aggregated Anonymous Data.
Aggregated Anonymous Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, Adverity may collect and aggregate (i) technical and other data about the User’s use of the Application Services ("Aggregated User Data") and (ii) marketing metrics data as statistical averages for benchmarking purposes if the Administrator consents thereto by enabling certain features and functions within Adverity Portal in relation to benchmarking ("Aggregate Marketing Metrics Data") (together "Aggregated Data"). Such Aggregated Data is anonymous and shall not permit any identification or ability to reverse engineer or identify any data subject, User or Customer client, the Customer or any of their Affiliates or products or Services. Upon its creation, Adverity will be the owner of Aggregated Data and may copy, commingle, and use such data, in Adverity’s sole discretion, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to analyze, improve, support and operate the Application Services and for commercial distribution of benchmarking data and industry reports, during and after the Term. Customer may withdraw its consent to the export of Aggregated Marketing Metrics Data through the Application Services by disabling certain features and functions within the Adverity Portal in relation to benchmarking.
