Service Provider Obligations. The Service Provider shall: i. perform the Services in accordance with and so as to meet or exceed the Specification set out in the SOW(s) and on the terms of this Agreement; ii. perform the Services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with best industry practice; iii. procure that the Services shall conform to all descriptions and specifications agreed between the parties and be for purpose;
