Common use of Service Provider Obligations Clause in Contracts

Service Provider Obligations. Service Provider warrants that Service Provider (a) has the right to hold the private key corresponding to the public key listed in any Certificates, (b) has taken, and will take, all appropriate, reasonable, and necessary steps to maintain control of, secure, properly protect and keep secret and confidential the private key corresponding to the public key in the Certificates, and (c) will maintain sole control of the private key.
