A rating of Meets Expectations may be attained by a faculty member 437 fully participating in departmental activities; serving on at least one 438 departmental, college, University, or UFF-UNF committee; working 439 constructively and collaboratively with colleagues and committee 440 members; making meaningful contributions to the faculty member’s 441 professional society/association(s); submitting the required annual 442 self-evaluation portfolio by the required deadline; and maintaining the 443 professional decorum set forth in Article 10.3 Academic 444 Responsibility of Faculty Members. 445 11 The rating structure presented here is intended to serve as a model. The relative weighting of the criteria to be evaluated may be determined as specified in Article 9, Guidelines for Application of University Criteria.
