SERVICE REQUIRMENTS. 4.1 The Contracting QP shall place one (1) Order for each IP Multicast Connection. For example, if the Contracting QP wishes to take up two (2) IP Multicast Connections, the Contracting QP shall submit two (2) separate Orders. 4.2 When placing an Order for an IP Multicast Connection, the Contracting QP shall be required to: (a) Specify one (1) Service Port ID of the QP-EVPL Service Port and the NetLink Trust CO within Nucleus Connect’s Aggregation Network. (b) Specify the following Network protocol options: (i) Layer 2 VLAN (IEEE 802.1q); (ii) either IPv4 multicast address or (if and only where it is commercially available at Nucleus Connect’s determination) IPv6 multicast address; (iii) IGMP v2/v3. (c) Subscribe to one or more block(s) of 100Mbps Downlink CIR and 1Mbps Uplink CIR. The Downlink CIR shall comprise Class B Near Real Time and the Uplink CIR shall comprise Class D Best Effort, as set out below. The Contracting QP may subsequently from time to time, increase or decrease the number of block(s) of 100Mbps Downlink CIR and 1Mbps Uplink CIR, up to a maximum aggregate of Downlink CIR of 10Gbps/Uplink CIR of 100Mbps and no less than a minimum aggregate of Downlink CIR of 100Mbps/Uplink CIR of 1 Mbps. Such increase or decrease shall constitute a Modification for which the Contracting QP shall be required to submit an Order pursuant to and in accordance with the General Service Terms and Conditions. The table below sets out the performance parameters of each Class of Service: Class Of Service Jitter Latency Packet Loss 4.3 If the Contracting QP injects traffic into any IP Multicast Connection which exceeds the CIR purchased for such IP Multicast Connection pursuant to paragraph 4.2(c), the excess traffic will not be delivered. 4.4 The Contracting QP must adhere to Nucleus Connect’s QoS tagging scheme when sending or receiving data traffic through any IP Multicast Connection from the relevant Service Port(s). Such QoS tagging scheme requires the use of priority bit value 4 for Class B and priority bit value 1 for Class D. 4.5 The Contracting QP must procure and maintain, at its own cost, any equipment or software needed to receive or use and for the testing and commissioning of the IP Multicast Connection(s). 4.6 In the event that Nucleus Connect accepts an Order for IP Multicast Connection submitted by the Contracting QP in accordance with the General Service Terms and Conditions, Nucleus Connect will in relation to such accepted Order create VRF (Virt...

For example, if the Contracting QP wishes to take up two (2) QP-EVPL Service Ports, the Contracting QP shall submit two (2) separate Orders. 4.2 The Contracting QP acknowledges and agrees that: (a) for a QP-EVPL Service Port at the Core Layer, such QP-EVPL Service Port must be connected to a PB-EVC and/or an IP Multicast Connection; and (b) for a QP-EVPL Service Port at the Aggregation Layer, such QP-EVPL Service Port must be connected to an AG-EVC and/or an IP Multicast Connection. 4.3 When placing an Order for a QP-EVPL Service Port, the Contracting QP shall be required to: (a) Choose one (1) Service Port type which is either a 1 Gigabit Ethernet (“1GE Service Port”) or a 10 Gigabit Ethernet (“10GE Service Port”). The Symmetrical Peak Information Rate for a 1GE Service Port shall be 1Gbps and for a 10GE Service Port shall be 10Gbps. (b) Choose any of the following Network Layers: (i) Option1: Layer 2 VLAN (IEEE 802.1q and IEEE Q-in-Q) (ii) Option 2: Layer 3 IPv4 (iv) Option 4: Layer 3 IP Multicast (IGMP V2/V3) provided that the availability of Option 2 and Option 3 above are subject to the Contracting QP having taken up and completed the L3 Virtual Routing Domain Setup Service, which is an Ancillary Mandated Service provided by Nucleus Connect. (c) Choose either of the following failover mechanism and protocols (only for QP- EVPL Service Ports within the same Nucleus Connect’s CO): (i) Option 1: IEEE 802.3ad (ii) Option 2: eBGP The Contracting QP’s responsibility is to ensure that the abovementioned failover mechanism and protocols are correctly configured and dimensioned on its equipment. 4.4 The Contracting QP must adhere to Nucleus Connect’s QoS tagging scheme when sending or receiving data traffic through the QP-EVPL Service Port. Such QoS tagging scheme requires the use of priority bit value 5 for Class A, priority bit value 4 for Class B, priority bit value 2 for Class C and priority bit value 1 for Class D. (a) Where the QP-EVPL Service Port is located at a NC CO: (i) The Contracting QP must procure Patching Services from Nucleus Connect in order to connect the Contracting QP Equipment to the QP-EVPL Service Port. (ii) If the Contracting QP Equipment is not co-located at the same NC CO as the QP-EVPL Service Port, the Contracting QP must ensure that its equipment/transmission link used to connect to the QP-EVPL Service Port is able to interface properly with the QP-EVP...

For example, if the Contracting QP wishes to take up two (2) AG-EVCs, the Contracting QP shall submit two (2) separate Orders. 4.2 When placing an Order for an AG-EVC, the Contracting QP shall be required to: (a) Specify one (1) Service Port ID of the QP-EVPL Service Port and the NetLink Trust CO within Nucleus Connect’s Aggregation Network. The QP-EVPL Service Port must be located at the same NetLink Trust CO as such AG-EVC. (b) Specify the following Network protocol options: (i) Layer 2 VLAN (IEEE 802.1q and IEEE Q-in-Q); (ii) Either IPv4 or IPv6; (iii) Either static routing or dynamic routing, provided that the availability of sub-paragraphs (ii) and (iii) above are subject to the Contracting QP having taken up and completed the L3 Virtual Routing Domain Setup Service, which is an Ancillary Mandated Service provided by Nucleus Connect. (c) Subscribe to only one (1) Class of Service for such AG-EVC and indicate the Symmetrical CIR it wishes to purchase in blocks of 250Mbps, provided that: (i) the minimum Symmetrical CIR for such Class of Service shall be 250Mbps; and (ii) the maximum Symmetrical CIR for such Class of Service shall be 10Gbps. The Contracting QP may subsequently from time to time, increase or decrease the Symmetrical CIR of the Class of Service subscribed for such AG-EVC, in blocks of 250Mbps, provided that sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) above are complied with. Such increase or decrease of Symmetrical CIR shall constitute a Modification for which the Contracting QP shall be required to submit an Order pursuant to and in accordance with the General Service Terms and Conditions. The table below sets out the performance parameters of each Class of Service. For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) Class of Service is supported per AG-EVC. For example, if the Contractor wishes to take up two (2) Residential Per- End-User Connections, the Contracting QP shall submit two (2) separate Orders. 4.2 When placing an Order for a Residential Per-End-User Connection, the Contracting QP shall be required to: (a) Choose one Service Port type which is either Fast Ethernet (“FE Service Port”) or Gigabit Ethernet (“GE Service Port”). In the same Order, the Contracting QP may choose up to two additional Service Ports to be aggregated to the same Residential Per-End-User Connection provided that all the Service Ports are of the same type. For FE Service Port(s), each Residential Per-End-User Connection will have a PIR of 100Mbps Downlink and 50Mbps Uplink. For GE Service Port(s), each Residential Per-End-User Connection will have a PIR of 1Gbps Downlink and 500Mbps Uplink. (b) Choose any of the following Network Layers: (i) Option1: Layer 2 VLAN (IEEE 802.1q and IEEE Q-in-Q). Where there is more than one Service Port sharing the same Residential Per-End- User Connection, each Service Port shall have unique VLAN(s); (ii) Option 2: Layer 3 IPv4; (iii) Option 3: Layer 3 IPv6, provided that the availability of Option 2 and Option 3 above are subject to the Contracting QP having taken up and completed the L3 Virtual Routing Domain Setup Service, which is an Ancillary Mandated Service provided by Nucleus Connect. (c) Subscribe to at least one Class of Service for such Residential Per-End-User Connection and indicate the total CIR it wishes to purchase in blocks of 5Mbps Downlink and/or 5Mbps Uplink, provided that: (i) the combined aggregate CIR for all subscribed Classes of Service shall be no more than 100Mbps Downlink and/or 50Mbps Uplink, for both FE Service Port and GE Service Port; and (ii) such Residential Per-End-User Connection shall have at least one (1) Class of Service with: (I) a minimum CIR of 25Mbps Downlink, in the case where the Service Port(s) are FE Service Port(s); or (II) a minimum CIR of 25Mbps Downlink and 10Mbps Uplink, in the case where the Service Port(s) are GE Service Port(s). For example, if the Contracting QP wishes to take up two (2) E-LAN Connections, the Contracting QP shall submit two (2) separate Orders. 4.2 When placing an Order for an E-LAN Connection, the Contracting QP shall be required to: (a) Specify one (1) E-LAN Service Port type and the address of the installation location, except that where any such installation location is an NBAP, the Contracting QP is required to provide Global Positioning System (GPS) co- ordinates and description of such installation location. The E-LAN Service Port may be new or then existing and if the latter, the Contracting QP shall be required to specify the Service Port ID in respect of such E-LAN Service Port. The E-LAN Service Port type is either Fast Ethernet (“FE Service Port”) or Gigabit Ethernet (“GE Service Port”). For FE Service Port(s), each E-LAN Connection will have a Symmetrical PIR of 100Mbps. For GE Service Port(s), each E-LAN Connection will have a Symmetrical PIR of 1Gbps. In the case of multiple E-LAN Connections sharing the same E-LAN Service Port, the number of Media Access Control (MAC) addresses that can be configured per E-LAN Connection is two (2). Additional MAC addresses may be configured per E-LAN Connection subject to the availability of Nucleus Connect’s Network resources. (b) Specify the following Network protocol options: (i) VLAN (IEEE 802.1q), VLAN(IEEEQ-in-Q) or without VLAN. In the case of multiple E-LAN Connections sharing the same E-LAN Service Port, the maximum number of VLANs that can be configured per E-LAN Service Port is sixteen (16); and

For FE Service Port(s), each NBAP Per-End-User Connection will have a Symmetrical PIR of 100Mbps. For GE Service Port(s), the Contracting QP can request for PIR of 100Mbps and above in incremental steps of 50Mbps up to 500Mbps or PIR of 1Gbps for each NBAP Per-End-User Connection in accordance with paragraph 5.1. For GE Service Port(s) with PIR of 1Gbps, the underlying access technology for the NBAP Per-End-User Connection shall be based on AE.
