Common use of Service Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Service Supervisor. Contractor must assign a qualified supervisor to be in charge of the Collection Service within the Service Area and must provide the name of that person in writing to the Agreement Administrator within thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of this Agreement, and annually by January 1st of each subsequent Calendar Year of the term of this Agreement, and any other time the person in that position changes. The supervisor must be physically located in the Service Area and available to the Agreement Administrator through the use of telecommunication equipment at all times that Contractor is providing Collection Services. In the event the supervisor is unavailable due to illness or vacation, Contractor must designate an acceptable substitute who will be available and who has the authority to act in the same capacity as the supervisor.
