Service sur place. Si vous avez acheté un produit couvert par le service sous garantie sur place dans la zone continentale des États-Unis ou au Canada, tel qu'il est indiqué dans le tableau de référence de la garantie, et que le produit est situé dans la zone continentale des États-Unis ou au Canada, pour la période indiquée, vous avez droit à un service de réparation sur place pendant la période de garantie limitée, sous réserve des modalités suivantes :  Le service sur place n'est disponible que pour un produit situé à une distance de 50 milles (aux États-Unis) ou de 80 km (au Canada) de l'emplacement d'un tiers autorisé par Acer à exécuter le service sur place. Pour les emplacements des produits non couverts par le service sur place, un service de garantie en atelier ou par la poste est offert.  Dans les cas où un temps de réponse est indiqué, le terme réponse est défini comme un contact téléphonique entre Acer et l'utilisateur final en vue de déterminer la réparation à effectuer et de fixer un rendez-vous à cet effet. Certains temps de réponse peuvent ne pas être disponibles si certaines pièces sont manquantes ou dans des situations indépendantes de la volonté de Acer.  Acer tentera de résoudre les questions couvertes par la garantie par téléphone et vous devez offrir une aide raisonnable pour essayer de résoudre le problème grâce à l’encadrement téléphonique avant qu'un service sur place ne soit autorisé. S'il est impossible de résoudre le problème par téléphone, Acer demandera votre aide pour exécuter certaines procédures de diagnostic habituelles. Au besoin et à la discrétion de Acer, un tiers de Acer sera dépêché à votre emplacement pour exécuter les services de réparation suivant les directives de Acer.  Vous devez fournir la preuve du lieu et de la date de l'achat. NOTE : Les services, notamment ceux qui sont rendus sur place, peuvent être limités ou retardés dans certaines zones de service. Le service sur place n'est pas offert pour certains modèles et dans certaines régions géographiques. Lorsque le service sur place n'est pas offert, Acer offre un service par la poste ou en atelier. Le service sur place et les services d’une autre nature nécessitent d'avoir un accès direct et facile au produit et ne comprennent pas la désinstallation ou la réinstallation du produit.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service “Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Point-To-Point Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and scheduled on an as-available basis and is subject to Curtailment or Interruption as set forth in Tariff, Part II, section 14.7. Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service is available on a stand-alone basis for periods ranging from one hour to one month. Non-Firm Sale:

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service Upon the request of Interconnection Customer, and prior to completion of requisite Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities Interconnection Customer may request limited Interconnection Service at the discretion of Transmission Provider based upon an evaluation that will consider the results of available studies, which terms shall be memorialized in the Interconnection Service Agreement. Consistent with Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B, section 212.4, Interconnection Customer may execute the Interconnection Service Agreement, request dispute resolution or request that the Interconnection Service Agreement be filed unexecuted with the Commission. Transmission Provider shall determine, through available studies or additional studies as necessary, whether stability, short circuit, thermal, and/or voltage issues would arise if Interconnection Customer interconnects without modifications to the Generating Facility or the Transmission System. Transmission Provider shall determine whether any Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities that are necessary to meet the requirements of NERC, or any applicable Regional Entity for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are in place prior to the commencement of Interconnection Service from the Generating Facility. Where available studies indicate that such Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities that are required for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are not currently in place, Transmission Provider will perform a study, at the Interconnection Customer’s expense, to confirm the facilities that are required for Provisional Interconnection Service. The maximum permissible output of the Generating Facility shall be studied and updated annually and at the Interconnection Customer’s expense. The results will be communicated to the Interconnection Customer in writing upon completion of the study. Interconnection Customer assumes all risk and liabilities with respect to the Provisional Interconnection Service, including changes in output limits and Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities cost responsibilities.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.

  • Bundled Services If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.

  • Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. In addition, these terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party. The parties can confirm their agreement to these terms either by signature where indicated at the end or by referencing these terms on Orders. Affiliates participate under these terms by placing orders which specify product or service delivery in the same country as the HP Affiliate accepting the Order, referencing these terms, and specifying any additional terms or amendments to reflect local law or business practices.
