Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service definition

Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service means Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and/or scheduled between specified Points of Receipt and Delivery pursuant to Tariff, Part II.

Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service means Point-to-Point Transmission Service under this Agreement or the ML (Emera) TSA that is reserved and/or scheduled between specified Points of Receipt and Points of Delivery and is subject to Curtailment as set forth in Section 3.3(f);
