SERVICE TARGETS, OUTCOMES, AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES. Contractor shall meet the service targets, performance measures, and outcomes outlined below. Remedies and Sanctions associated with these service targets, performance measures, and outcomes will be imposed in accordance with the terms included in this Statement of Work or Article VII of the Local Mental Health Authority Special Conditions.
