Service Terms. Pyrotecnico will provide Sponsor with a fireworks display subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The pricing provided in this Agreement is valid only for 60 days from the date this Agreement is sent to the Sponsor via any means. Pyrotecnico may, but is not required to, accept this Agreement if the Sponsor does not return the signed Agreement within this time.
