Services During a City-Declared Emergency. In case of an emergency that affects the San Francisco Bay Area, Grantee will make a good faith effort to continue to provide services to the Department's clients on a priority basis. Contactor shall provide fair prices for services that may not be covered under the awarded grant but are necessary as a direct result of the City-declared emergency. Grantee will document the expenses incurred and submit a prompt request for payment to the Department.
